As a mother myself, I understand the needs of families with children, so I can provide all the necessary equipment – a baby stroller, crib, high chair, and even beach essentials – so you can travel light and worry free. The apartments are thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home, and I am always available for recommendations on the best beaches ,restaurants,and local attractions. Il Centro Apartments Novalja are located in the very heart of Novalja, at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, with temporary car access available. All major city amenities are within a two-minute walk: bars, restaurants, local shops, the market, post office, main seaside promenade, church, museum and gallery.

This location is perfect for guests who wish to feel the pulse and atmosphere of the city, whether arriving by car or not. Bus stops to Zrče Beach and taxi stands are just a few minutes walk away, making our accommodation suitable for young adventurers, business travelers, and families who want to be at the center of events. The house comprises three apartments and two studio apartments, all modernly furnished, with the latest renovation completed in 2025.

For our guests, we have secured free parking located 100 meters from the house. The ground floor of the building houses staff who are available to assist guests with any help. Additionally, we even have a doctor on the ground floor!
